From berry research to market webinar organised by the University of Oulu. Please find the programme here.

The webinar provided a platform for knowledge sharing between scientists and companies working on berries in Finland and China. The webinar included 7 presentations with topics ranging from berry processing to commercialisation of berry oils and from molecular mechanisms of cancer prevention with berries to berry wine production. It provided an overview of the interesting work done on berries from an academic as well as industrial perspective. Over 60 participants registered for the berry webinar, both from Finland and China, thereby providing an excellent networking platform.
