A special issue highlighting Finland-China Food and Health Network will be published by the scientific journal Food Innovation and Advances

The Special Issue entitled Food for Sustainability and Health covers original research and review article on a broad scope of sustainability and health effects of food, with a special emphasis on cooperation between researchers from Finland and China.

The Special Issue is currently calling for contributions from academia and industrial representatives from both countries. Also contributions on relevant topic involving China collaboration from other European countries are welcome.
