Finland China joint MOST 2024 call is now open

Business Finland (BF) and Ministry of Science and Technology of China (MOST) has opened a joint innovation call on 19 June 2024.

The joint project consortia must include Finnish and Chines partners. Finland-China Food and Health Network can help you to find Chinese partners for the joint project application. The joint industrial R&D&I projects must be highly innovative and business oriented. The contribution from China and Finland must be balanced between the participants and be significant to all partners.

Finnish Universities are eligible to apply the funding if minimum 3 Finnish companies will join the same Co-Innovation project. Normal Business Finland Co-Innovation project criteria are applied for the Finnish part of the consortium. Typically, a research organisation is leading the Co-Innovation consortium that consists of 1 or more research organisations and about 5 Finnish company partners. The company partners should aim to increase their international business, in this chase especially in Chinese markets. Finnish companies are eligible to participate also without Finnish University partners.

The support services at you own university can help you to find Finnish company partners and to prepare BF Co-Innovation applications. Please remember, that you should present your project idea to BF and ask their feedback before you file in the applications.

The deadline for the applications is November 29, 2024.
